Lederhosen Sketch
When I was a little boy my grandmother visited Germany (her parents had immigrated from Germany and my grandfather’s parents had immigrated from Germany too).
She brought back these really cool short pants that had (what I thought were) built in suspenders. They were leather and I could wear them to church sometimes. They were the only short pants I was allowed to wear to church.
I didn’t know it at the time but those cool pants were called lederhosen. Nothing makes you think of Germany, Switzerland or the Alps quite like lederhosen.
